I’ve created an easy yet powerful course called, “ReNew Your Life Now”. It’s a course designed to help people get out of the cycle of struggle and suffering, and experience renewed strength and wholeness.

I meet you where you are in life, and take you on a “climb”— a journey of self-care to a new and improved way of living your life. You will feel better and stay better. I will guide you to raise your life set-point to a new level.

The course is divided into three main sections with a total of six recordings and a guide to reference and take notes.  You will also receive your own personal Compassion Key session.
